Predeterminado Desmontar un Nokia 7270

When dismantling any phone, great care should be taken to ensure that no damage is caused to any of the parts. Rough handling may result in severe damage of many parts, and if proper anti-static procedures are not followed, electrostatic damage may result in any electronic component.
Before commencing, it is recommended that the correct tools are purchased for the job in hand - at the very least, you will require a Torx T6 screwdriver.
Step 1. Lower block disassembly. Remove the back cover and battery.

Step 2. Remove the six Torx T6 screws and keep them safe.

Step 3. Use a thin plastic shim to unclip the back cover.

Step 4. Remove the back cover being careful not to damage the power button and function key.

Step 5. Remove the charging jack using tweezers or an unplugged charger.

Step 6. Use tweezers to remove the microphone.

Step 7. Remove the vibra motor.

Step 8. Use a thin plastic shim to remove the end hinge cap.

Step 9. carefully release the coaxial connector suing tweezers.

Step 10. Turn the engine module over using the cover you removed earlier as support.

Step 11. Open the flex connector taking care not to damage or bend it..

Step 12. Remove the IR window noting the correct orientation for reassembly.

Step 13. Finally remove the key mat.

Step 14. Upper block disassembly. Remove the screw head caps. Note that you will probably destroy the covers whilst removing them

Step 15. Remove the two Torx T6 screws.

Step 16. Use a thin plastic shim slid along one side of the phone to remove the cover.

Step 17. Use the same procedure on the top of the cover.

Step 18. And again on the other side.

Step 19. Once the clips have been released you can remove the cover.

Step 20. Protect the inner side of the window.

Step 21. Open the inner screen connector taking care not to damage or bend it.

Step 22. Remove the hinge cover.

Step 23. Lift the user interface board.

Step 24. And turn it to lie flat.

Step 25. Now carefully lift the inner LCD screen and remove it from the chassis.

Step 26. Protect the screen.

Step 27. Open the flex connector taking care not to damage or bend it.

Step 28. Release the coaxial connector carefully using tweezers.

Step 29. Remove the speaker noting that it is held in place with double sided stick gasket tape which may need to be replaced on reassembly.

Step 30. Reassembly is a simple reversal of the above steps taking extra time to ensure that everything works as it should, and that you have caused no damage whilst inside the handset.
