Desmontar un Nokia 7110

When dismantling any phone, great care should be taken to ensure that no damage is caused to any of the parts. Rough handling may result in severe damage of many parts, and if proper anti-static procedures are not followed, electrostatic damage may result in any electronic component.
Before commencing, it is recommended that the correct tools are purchased for the job in hand. At the very least, you will require a Torx T6 screwdriver. Do NOT attempt to use a small Allen key or filed down screwdriver, you will only damage the screws.
Step 1. Remove the battery and SIM card. On the back of the phone you will see 4 Torx T6 screws marked in red, remove these and store them in a safe place.

Step 2. The front and back of the phone can be easily separated be lifting the front of the phone from the bottom and disengaging the two locking clips at the top of the phone by gently waggling the two halves in opposite directions. Once this has been achieved, you will be left with a view of the back of the phone as shown below.

Step 3. Here you can see a view of the back of the phone with the relevant parts removed. In red is the Infra red cover, you should note that the two small lugs shown clip into place in the back of the phone, and not the front. In green is the vibra motor which simply pushes into place. The ringer is shown in blue and again is simply pushed into place. In yellow you can see the sprung slide assembly with the spring removed. The spring clips onto the two locations shown enabling the front slide to spring down when the release is pressed. Reassembling the slide assembly is one of the trickiest parts with this phone, and care should be taken to ensure that it operates correctly before reassembling the phone.

Step 4. Moving to the front of the phone, you will see that the whole thing is held together by two screws marked here in red. Remove these screws, and keep them safe.

Step 5. Once the screws have been removed, you will be able to simply list all the remaining parts out of the front of the phone in the following order - main circuit board, screen, roller assembly, keypad, slider detection switch and finally the earphone. Take extreme care when handling the earphone as they are easily damaged. See Step 6 for placement of the various parts.

Step 6. The blue slider detection switch simply pushes into place, but take care to orient it in the correct direction. The earphone and power switch assembly are marked in red. In yellow you can see the roller assembly. When re-seating this ensure that the lugs marked in purple seat correctly as shown below.

7. To reassemble the phone, reverse the steps shown above. After Reassembly, take note that the slider release switch marked in red works as it should and that the slide latches back into place. Also, check the phone thoroughly to make sure you have not caused any damage whilst inside it.
