Desmontar un Nokia 7600

When dismantling any phone, great care should be taken to ensure that no damage is caused to any of the parts. Rough handling may result in severe damage of many parts, and if proper anti-static procedures are not followed, electrostatic damage may result in any electronic component.
Before commencing, it is recommended that the correct tools are purchased for the job in hand - at the very least, you will require a Torx T6 screwdriver..

Step 1. Protect the screen using a plastic film or similar and remove the left hand sleeve.

Step 2. Remove the right hand sleeve.

Step 3. Remove the battery cover, battery and SIM card.

Step 4. The D cover is held on with double sided tape which may need to be replaced prior to reassembly.

Step 5. Remove the antenna screw.

Step 6. The corner clip is fitted very tightly, so you'll need to use quite a bit of force to unclip it.

Step 7. The front fascia is held in place with numerous clips as indicated below.

Step 8. Start with the clip nearest the system connector and release it with a plastic shim. Now move around the phone anti-cloclwise taking care not to twist your shim which could damage the fascia.

Step 9. with all the clips released, you can now lift the fascia off the phone.

Step 10. Remove the six Torx T6 screws in the order shown below.

Step 11. Three clips hold the user interface assembly in place as shown below.

Step 12. Use your plastic shim again to release the three clips that were shown in step 11.

Step 13. Now the clips have been released, simply lift the user interface module out of the chassis.

Step 14. Unclip the light guide and remove it.

Step 15. Carefully release the screen connector using your shim taking care not to bend or damage the connector.

Step 16. Now you can remove the LCD screen.

Step 17. Push out the earpiece from the guidance pin side.

Step 18. Now separate the components.

Step 19. Moving back to the main chassis, lift out the main circuit board.

Step 20. If you've got the right tool, now is the time to remove the camera module. If you haven't got the right tool, I'd suggest leaving the camera where it is.

Step 21. Lever the WCDMA aerial out of the chassis.

Step 22. Use a charger jack to remove the charging socket, but make sure the charger is unplugged first.

Step 23. Remove the vibra motor.

Step 24. Unlock the side clips to remove the infra red window.

Step 25. Carefully remove the volume keys taking care not to rip them.

Step 26. Remove the microphone.

Step 27. Remove the camera key using tweezers.

Step 28. Use your tweezers to remove the power button.

Step 29. Remove the camera window by using considerable force to unclip it from the rear cover.

Step 30. Push out the rubber gasket.

Step 31. The GSM aerial is held in place by two clips as shown below.

Step 32. Finally, remove the hands free speaker.
