Desmontar un Nokia 7250/i

When dismantling any phone, great care should be taken to ensure that no damage is caused to any of the parts. Rough handling may result in severe damage of many parts, and if proper anti-static procedures are not followed, electrostatic damage may result in any electronic component.
Before commencing, it is recommended that the correct tools are purchased for the job in hand. At the very least, you will require a Torx T6 screwdriver. Do NOT attempt to use a small Allen key or filed down screwdriver, you will only damage the screws.
Step 1. Remove the front and back covers, the battery and SIM card.

Step 2. On the front of the phone you will see six Torx T6 screws (highlighted in red). Remove these and keep them in a safe place.

Step 3. With the six screws removed, you can simply list the display/keypad unit and the main circuit board away from the phone. Note that the main board and display/ keypad unit are held together by the rubber grommet that can be seen in the photo below towards the top-right of the main board.

Step 4. The only bits left to remove are shown below along with their corresponding positions on the back plate. Infra red sensor cover, power button (take note of the two locations marked in red that show where the power button clips into the chassis), volume buttons, charging port and the vibra motor.

Step 5. Just for the sake of completeness, I've included a detailed picture of the reverse side of the main board. The major parts have been marked for clarity, and when reassembling, care must be taken to ensure that the volume buttons mate properly with the volume button key mat. In purple you have the power button, in blue the IR module is shown, in light blue you can see the camera module (don't touch the lens!), in orange are the battery contacts, white shows the backup battery, yellow the vibra motor contacts and the charging port connector contacts are shown in red.

Step 5. To re-assemble the phone, simply reverse the above steps. After re-assembly take as much time as you need to thoroughly test the handset to ensure that you have caused no damage, or forgotten one of the re-assembly steps.
