Predeterminado Desmontar un Nokia 7200

When dismantling any phone, great care should be taken to ensure that no damage is caused to any of the parts. Rough handling may result in severe damage of many parts, and if proper anti-static procedures are not followed, electrostatic damage may result in any electronic component.
Before commencing, it is recommended that the correct tools are purchased for the job in hand - at the very least, you will require a Torx T6 screwdriver.

Upper Block Disassembly
Step 1. Protect the screen with a film or similar.

Step 2. Remove the battery cover.

Step 3. Remove the SIM card cover.

Step 4. The aerial cover is held in place with double sided tape which may need to be replaced upon reassembly.

Step 5. You are supposed to use a new aerial cover and fascia on reassembly as the aerial gasket can be damaged by removal. If you take great care, these parts can be re-used, but you have been forewarned!

Step 6. Remove the four Torx T6 screws in the order shown below.

Step 7. Release the retaining clips using a thin plastic shim.

Step 8. With the clips released, remove the top fascia.

Step 9. Protect the outer screen.

Step 10. Note the routing of the co-axial cable. This is vital for reassembly.

Step 11. Remove the internal hands free housing.

Step 12. Use a screwdriver to remove the internal hands free speaker.

Step 13. Use tweezers and a screwdriver as a lever to release the co-axial connector.

Step 14. Open the connector with your plastic shim.

Step 15. Separate the lower and upper block, but DO NOT close the hinge.

Step 16. Carefully release the connector for the colour screen.

Step 17. Carefully release the connector for the mono screen.

Step 18. To avoid damage to the connector, move it away as shown below and lift the circuit board out of the chassis.

Step 19. Bend the cover slightly to release the screen.

Step 20. Protect the screen with a plastic film.

Step 21. The mono screen is held in place with two clips which can be released with your plastic shim.

Step 22. Use a small flat bladed screwdriver to remove the microphone

Step 23. Camera removal requires the use of specialist tools. If you don't have access to these tools, leave it alone. The pictures are included here for the sake of completeness only.

Lower Block Disassembly
Step 1. Protect the outer mono screen.

Step 2. Protect the inner screen.

Step 3. Remove the battery cover and battery.

Step 4. Remove the screw covers. You are supposed to use new covers for reassembly, so if you intend to reuse these, you'll have to take extra care.

Step 5. Remove the four Torx T6 screws in the order shown below.

Step 6. With the screws removed, you can lift away the key pad surround.

Step 7. Lift away the key pad.

Step 8. The user interface board is glued in place. Do not bend it!

Step 9. Release the co-axial connector taking care not to bend it.

Step 10. Carefully release the connector before separating the two halves.

Step 11. Lift the main circuit board out of the chassis.

Step 12. For a change, the vibra motor is not held in place by friction, but with a plastic clip instead. Use a small flat bladed screwdriver to release the clip and remove the motor.

Step 13. With the clip removed, the vibra motor can be simply removed.

Step 14. Use a tooth pick or similar to remove the microphone.

Step 15. Use tweezers to remove the charger connector.

Step 39. Reassembly is a simple reversal of the above steps taking extra time to ensure that everything works as it should, and that you have caused no damage whilst inside the handset.
